I  may  be wrong  but  I  think:

That : 
I.   The   next PM  of  need  not  be  a  Nobel Prize  Winner.
    nor  a  British-School  Scholar  .
II,  Should  not  be  a Back-door  APPOINTEE   through 
       Rajya  Sabha.
III. But   must   a 'PEOPLE - ELECTED   LEADER  ' .

The  STORM -The   SHIP  -And the  CAPTAIN

When  it  is  storm  or  cyclonic  turmoil
we  need  a  Captain   stern  and  strong 
to  steer  us  through  the  crisis 
And a  National  Leader  --yes 
but    PEOPLE -ELECTED  --must . 

A  National  LEADER -YES   
 but ,  not a  nominated  Executive 
 of  any  Party -- choice .
