So ! only    Information  or  FIR
was   the  EXPLOSION    itself
and  one  DEAD   on  the  site  !

X  blames  Y    and  Y  blames X
 for   not   taking  Responsibility   of  knowing  first
or   taking  subsequent   steps   for  defense and  Safe-guard !

The  helpless  innocents    people   can
only  blame  their  respective  'god-s'
for  EN-TRUSTING    their    fate   to
such  UN-certain  National  Guardianship .

But  may  I  thank  my  Lord    for    making
the   EXPLOSION   it self    the   first   INFORMER
for  FIR !

The  Burning   Question  :  How   Safe  We  Are -  where
facing  Terrorism ?!
