It is TRUTH that Gravitational Law was there Billions of years before the birth of NEWTON .
And I believe that Life was planned by the DIVINE and was stored in COSMIC Consciousness even before Matter -Energy * Cosmos ' was born or put on in a 'DRAFT' form by the GRAND DESIGNER.
