One  day  on  my  evening  walk  I  found  a  a torn, handwritten    paper-sheet  lying on the   road -side  . I read  the  first  line or two , found it interesting , picked it  up  and  read  as  follows :
 " C.J.Yung 's Cosmic -Intlligence  &  Modern  POLY-TRCKS"   --- by  Dr. HO

'To   Politics   seems  like    a  Game    of   POLY -Teicks  which  is  a  very   tricky  GAME ( superior  to  even  CHESS) where  Pawns  and  pieces  are  named  a)Bluff-Masters ,b)  Dodge -star,  c)  Lie -lords, and  Smart-talk - Knights etc.
The  Game  has  nothing to   with  any  decide rule or   welfare of  anything  or  any Society.
 And  Poly-tricks, Politics  and  Patriotism   are  no  Synonyms .To  WIN   in this game , one  needs ;
I .  To  understand  Darwin's   Law  of  Survival of  the fittest.
II. The  great   Art  of  Breaking, smashing , rejecting , adding up (  size  and  number  more  important  than
     than  quality.
III.  Gluing, Adding  and  science  of  Permutation  & Combinations  to  reach  the  ultimate  peak    or  top
      of   the  HILL  named  MAJORITY,  with  all  dis-respect  to  any  creed  called  Principle  and
      Morality'---------
