Phanibhusan Basu I think : 'UN-certainty Principle " is a Magic ( Illusory ) Game of EMF Field only ( no visual ' Observer ' there) and does not apply at Cosmic - Field where there is neither Matter nor Atoms nor Particle but only Dark Energy ,
