PERSONAL OPINION :
Present abnormal behavior ( sexual or group -violence in certain Over-crowded and UN-balanced society seems to me as an UN-controlled physiologic and discordant HORMONAL CHAOS in individuals affected by the Modern Media, Internet -exposure and certain Visual and Auditory Ads and 'EVENTS' to the half -fed , over-strained , frustrated Population and Economic Chaos !
Also, -- Ads , Media , Mobiles , Videos ,Computers and Entertaining Centters are , daily INJECTING on Over-Strained Nerves and Hormonal Glands of B.P.L -Class, all types of damaging and hyping factors and turning them to ' Abnormal - Reactors '.
I am an octogenarian and when , on INTERNET, I switch on for Pt Rvishankar or Ali Akbar , H.P Caurasia or Classical Music and find on the Screen offering/ Ads of Bed-room -scene or 'Entertaining Promises ' , I am forced to Re-Think and blame more the present SOCIAL SET UP than only the involved youth or adults in Social Crime and SEX-Disorder !
YES, IT IS A MELTING SOCIETY BUT GETTING CHARRED , INSTEAD OF 'GOOD- FINISH' !
AND FAULT LIES IN THE PRESENT CHAOTIC SOCIAL MANAGEMENT AND
POLITICAL SET UP.
THE CRIMINALS ARE NOT ALWAYS THE CAUSE BUT OFTEN THE EFFECT !
