In  a  Nation where our   Top- Executive  is  not a  People-Elected   pm  but a  Party  appointee ,  in a  Society where  our   Moral  Standard  is  Regulated  and  Tuned  by SENSUAL  FILM  WORLD   or by  Match-Fixing  COLONIAL  GAMES ; and  in a   Set-Up  where    Final  Strength  depends  on  Group - gangster-ism &  Mafia -policies  or   Stored - up  Black -Money,   not in' Lakhs'  anymore   but  in Billions  now , -- only  fools  will  waste their  life and  time, Lamenting  over . Rapists  or  killers  or  Looters   in  Gang-Rape -Capital  or elsewhere ! What the  sad  events  now,  are not the  CAUSE  but product  of  a pattern  of  Sham  and  copy-cat  Democracy , I think .

If  you are a  good  Physician , you  don't  run after to  chase the  Symptoms  but  go  to the  ROOT and  remove the CANCEROUS CAUSE .
