Now-a-days  a  Rapist  or  a  Mass-murderer  or   even  a  low -voltage-Criminal    does  get  more Media -publicity    than   a   gentle  or    decent  Citizen  doing  good  or  great job   behind  the   'Screen '  or  'publicity  Stage 'of   Society.
