And  after a decade he returns to his Island 
with  10 million  U.s.d.


While,   nine others  were still starving 
the  Per-head    income  shot up to 
 million   dollars  per head..


The  Islands X  now  declared a   ' developed  Nation'
with  90 percent still starving ,  -though !
