[A ** VEDANTIK - TALE OF MORE THAN 5000 Yrs. OLD PRESENTED IN COMPRESSED FORM OR POEM ]
====================================================================
The son returned after high education
and reported to father :
--' Father, I learnt all secular knowledge of Art , Science and literature .
Asked the father :
--' But have you learnt the supreme knowledge, the knowledge of the ABOLUE
or the first Cause ?
--' No! what is that father.
--'The First cause from which comes down all manifestations .
-- ' How and where can I find that father ? ' ; asked the son
--' I shall tell you but first bring a wide pot full of water and a fist-full of salt .'
The son obeyed and the father told :
--' Now put the salt in water ; mix it and leave it there and go .
-- ' Come to morrow , my son' .
Next day the son came and the father asked :
-- Where is that salt that you put in .
-- 'In that water ' ; replied the son .
--' Which part of water ' ?
-- ' I am not sure ' .; fumbled the son .
-- ' Dip your finger and taste every part ; then tell me '.
The son did as the father told ; then reported :
--' It is every where father !'
- " Is there any part of water where that is not ?
--' No ! my father !'
That is all about the knowledge of God .
--'Then What I am father ' ?!
- - 'YOU ARE THAT ' . ( 'Taat Tamasi Shwetaketu , ' - said Pippalada ).
