দুটো syllable -এর যেকোনো শব্দ ( যেমন রামকৃষ্ণ বা স্বামী-জী বা ওম-শান্তি )
4 times for inhaling ; six to 8 times during withholding breath and 4 to six times during exhale ( breath out ) 4 or 5 times at a time & 3 times a day to practice .
This is সহজ প্রাণায়াম ( after Vivekananda ).
May be she will find positive effect in 2 to 4 weeks ( regarding her endogenous Tension / depression)
