Transliteration : 

Whenever   there   rise  the  DEMONIC  aggression   or   uprising  

 , the  Divine  declares  ;' I  appear to    meet  and  remove  the  obstacles .

OR ; (  in  Geeta of  Vedanta ) also :

Jodaa  jodaa  hi  dhormosyo    Glaanirbhoboti   bhoroto 

Obhyu-tthaanom  odormosya  todaatmaanong  srizaamyohom || .[ Geeta :  Ch 4  , Sl . 7 )

Transliteration :

'Wnenever  there  is   degradation   of  Evolutionary  Equilibrium ( dhormo )and   Rise    of  Neggative Forces,   I  (  Krishno or Divine ) I  manifest  myself  for  restoring   it .'[ Geeta :  Ch 4  , Sl . 7 )
