In Public Life no attack ( non-physical ) is either impersonal or UN-necessary or personal .
This 'Feudal Myth should be 'kicked out of MIND.
If in Public Life, all points raised , all interrogations , all ''doubts' are necessary instruments for extracting out TRUTH in favour of NATIONAL BENEFIT.
So the term 'personal attack' is a Clever attempt to 'Burqua- cover ' on the Syage of Public Affair.

Even while making that good statement , Shekar Kapur is glued to the habit of writing 'Gandhi-JI' . I am not sure if he uses the same 'JI' in mentioning other gentlmen of Politics/ or otherwise ! .
The Fault / Addiction / habit originated elsewhere :
This was a case of 'MUTUAL RECIPROCITY '.
Robindronaath Thaakur decorated him with 'Mahatma' and Gandghi ( no - Ji ) reciprcated with equivalent -- 'GURUDEV" . The cycle was so COMPLETE !
