 No  quarter  , I  think , falls  on  the  criminal( ever  on bail ) , no  quarter   falls  on  false  witness ( high ranking   or  well  connected ),  no  quarter  on the   administration (  G.B.I  manipulates  the  report)  and  the  full  punishment   for   the    B.P.L (  the  King  //pm   R  above  Law ) !
