I think , that with its very long - time - RULE, some Political agency has been abusing power and using C.B.I as an accomplice for all it's planned misdeeds and CORRUPT Practices.
How the law was framed to make the C. B. I as a subordinate Govt.- office that is beyond all of my comprehensive capacity !
